Automatic Resubmission

Newton will only allow you to run a job that lasts a total of 12hrs of real time (24hrs at weekends). A couple ocean-atmosphere run at standard climate resolution takes about 8hrs of real time on newton - hence you could only run for 1.5 years before having to submit a continuation run.
This could get extremely tedious for long climate runs - hence Automatic Resubmission

Automatic Resubmission lives under Sub-Model-Independent_JobSubmision-resources-andresubmission-pattern. On this screen click on NEXT and you should get something like this:

Here I’ve selected automatic resubmission, chosen to run 1 year at a time and set the time limit to be 540 minutes. (The max is 720=12hrs). This should run each year as a seperate job, picking up from where the last
job left off. After the first year the job will halt - after resubmiting as a continuation run as described in Basic Experiment the experiment should then run to completion, resubmitting itself as necessary.
